Shipping & Return Policy

Items ordered by online can be shipped anywhere in Canada. We also ship internationally to the US, Australia, New Zealand, England, and more. All our orders are shipped within 2 business days. We ship via Canada Post Expedited Mail, Light Packet Mail or Small Packet Mail.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost will automatically be calculated for most country when you place your order. You will receive this information prior to payment. Costs will also vary depending on the urgency of shipment. For example, if you wish your item delivered by priority courier, express mail the price will increase.

If your shipping cost doesn't automatically caluculate, actual shipping will apply. You may be sent an adjusted or additional shipping invoice by paypal. Once you paid by PayPal, your order will ship. Please check your email frequentry for faster processing.

Also Shipping insurance required for all Canada, US and International shipping when purchased over CAD$100. You may be sent an additional invoice by paypal. Once you paid by paypal, your order will ship.

If you would like a shipping cost quote prior to ordering or wish to ship by express mail, please contact us and provide the items you wish to ship as well as country and your postal code. We can calculate the rate for you.

Shipping to Canadian Address
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are sent via Canada Post Over Sized Letter Mail or Expedited Parcel and typically arrive within 2-7 business days to most major cities. Customers will be provided with a Tracking Number once the item has been shipped by Expedited. Taxes are INCLUDED in shipping costs and it will be automatically added to your order at checkout. Tracking and insurance are included for shipping by Expedited Parcel in Canada!

Shipping to USA and international
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Light Packet or Small Packet service and typically arrive within 5-14 business days to most major cities once shipped. Please note, Light Packet and Small Packet Airmail do NOT have tracking number, whereas Expedited or Express mail does. If you have a preference, please make a note in the comments box at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply.
The shipping time to US and International residents is an ESTIMATE only as customs. It can sometimes delay a shipment by as much as 3-4 weeks. If you require faster service, please let us know! We will be more than happy to accommodate in any way we can.
Please Note, Acutal shipping may apply, and depending on your location and the size/weight of your order, you may be sent an adjusted invoice which will include actual shipping charges. Once you paid by PayPal, your order will ship.
Also US and International customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.

Lost, Stolen or delayed Packages
Almost all Domestic (in Canada) shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation issued by the Canada Postal Office and once delivery is confirmed by Canada Post, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.
Shipping to USA and international orders cannot be tracked and we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.

We are please to offer FREE SHIPPING to B.C. addresses for purchases over CAD $125 (before taxes).

Local pick-up
If you would prefer not to pay for shipping, you can pick up your items in our location.
Please leave "local pick up" in the comments section of your order. We will contact you by e-mail and make arrange to pick up date.

Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not, you are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order. Some conditions apply. Please read through our entire return policy for further details.

  • 14 Days Return and/or Exchange Policy - You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your order. Item(s) must be in original condition and packaging and must have all tags attached. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise.


  • Return Authorization Required - Please contact us with your order number and your request. We will provide you Return Authorization #. Returns will not be processed without this authorization number.


  • Actual Shipping is NON-refundable - Actual shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer on all returns and exchanges, unless an error has occurred on our part. Original shipping charges will be deducted from all refund or credit amounts. Please note, any and all returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt for returns. All sales become final after 14 days of receipt of your order.

Restrictions for Refund or Exchange
For hygienic reasons, Maternity undergarments (Panty, Nursing Bra) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All on sale items and discount items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
NO Returns on used or washed items. Products must be in original condition and packaging and must have all tags attached.
For returns, your PayPal account will be credited once we have received the product.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If it has already been shipped, you will need to go through the regular Returns & Exchanges process. Please contact us to cancel your order.

Incorrect Items
Please ensure you have examined your order when you first receive it. Once your product has been washed and/or used, we will NOT accept any return or exchange.
If you have received an incorrect size, color or item in your order, do let us know immediately. Depending on the nature of the mistake, we will do our best to correct the situation immediately. In the event that an incorrect item should be returned to us for correction, please do so in a timely manner so that your replacement item(s) can be resent as quickly as possible. Please understand that merchandise that is unpaid for will NOT be shipped until the incorrect merchandise is first returned to Tokyo Baby. Any incorrect product kept by the customer for more than 30 days can no longer be returned.
